  This place is exactly what we were searching for! Recently we were looking for an easy off/easy on place to eat while traveling on Route 81 near Syracuse. We also wanted great food, an inviting atmosphere, efficient service and beer. Copper Top was everything we hoped for and more. There are oodles of artisan beers to choose from and the menu is very appetizing. Service was friendly and our delicious meals were delivered to our table in a timely manner. This will be my mainstay for traveling breaks and I look forward to my next visit with gusto!

  One of our favorite locally owned restaurants. My favorite dishes are the avocado egg rolls, malibu turkey melt and their fish tacos. Their homemade ciabatta bread is fantastic and many of their sandwiches use this bread. Their sandwiches and burgers come with these super thin shoestring french fries that are outstanding. Some of their appetizers feature their pasta chips which are actually fried noodles. OMG, they are amazing with their Santa Fe Ranch (I could literally eat that sauce with everything). They also have fantastic pizza made in a brick oven. There are also several homemade desserts that are to die for, if you are not too full to eat them. Service is always good and the timing of each course is usually spot on. There can be a slight wait during busy dinner times (Friday and Saturday night especially), but it is worth the wait. I don't think we have ever had to wait more than 30-40 minutes on an extreme night and 10-15 minutes is average.

  Great food and very consistent. I like the variety of the menu. Food is always great. Pizzas and salads are fantastic. Service is always to notch.
